PALS provide a helpful, friendly service and can provide you with information about services, places and people in the Trust.

PALS can liaise with you and the people involved in your care to resolve problems.

PALS want to know what you think about the service you are receiving. Any comment you make is valuable in helping the Trust to improve services for you.

NHS Complaints Advocacy resources

Pohwer are an organisation who will support you if you have a complaint about an NHS service as well as providing advocacy services. If you have an immediate concern about the health care you or someone you know is receiving, you should contact the clinical team or the local PALS service for help with a health issue. If you are still concerned after that you can contact Pohwer for support with your complaint.
